RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	As of October 31, 2014 and 2013 the Company owed Robert F. Ryan, the Company’s former Chief Scientific Officer, $0 and $143,859 of principal and $0 and $33,960 of accrued interest, respectively, to an officer. The loan accrued interest at 8%. The principal was paid in full along with all accrued interest as part of the settlement agreement dated September 19, 2014.
