SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	The Company has performed an evaluation of subsequent events in accordance with ASC Topic 855, noting no additional subsequent events other than those noted below. Subsequent to July 31, 2014, the Company terminated a professional service agreement with one of its consultants. In accordance with the terms of that agreement, the service provider agreed to return 335,296 shares of common stock to the Company.
