The Registrant is unfortunately unable to file its annual report on Form 10-K within the prescribed time period because the Registrant did not complete all of assessments of the status of the Company to enable the auditors to complete the review for the year ended April 30, 2012 on time because of the large number of simultaneously ongoing company activities.
